The Maryvale Institute is a historical place – Christianity has always been present there during the last millennium.

In September 1999 the Bridgettine Sisters arrived in Maryvale to open to all, the doors of the Institute.
Maryvale is an excellent place for meetings and congresses but also and ideal place for recollection, retreats, prayer and study.

From Birmingham:The Institute (and the Bridgettine Convent) is situated in the northern suburbs of Birmingham, some 10 km from the centre: follow M6 till Junction 7 and proceed on A34 direction Birmingham.
